On arrival

All customers - Please wait by the sign at the front door when you arrive (bookings & walk-ins).

Please ring the bell for attention if necessary.

A member of staff will tell you what table number to sit at (Indoors or outdoors).

When directed - Please head straight to your table. All orders will be taken from your table.

No one is permitted to stand at the bar. Please do not move any furniture around.

Please do not block walkways. Keep 1M+ distance from other customers & staff at all times.

Please sanitise your hands when entering the building.

A thermal imaging camera is in place in the entrance. A contactless thermometer will be used for more accurate results if the camera displays an abnormal temperature. If you have a fever you will be unable to enter. If you have any symptoms of Covid-19, please stay at home.

You will be given a slip when entering for you to fill out the contact details of everyone in your group. These will be held in a secure file for 21 days. You will be only contacted if we have an outbreak of Covid-19 in the premises, that may have affected you or your group. We will collect your completed slip from you when we bring your drinks to your table.

All orders (drinks and food) will be taken from your table. Staff will keep 1m+ distance.

We ask that you move back from the table, when staff approach. Cutlery, condiments, napkins & drip mats will be brought to your table, after you have ordered. All items, including food & drinks will be placed on the edge of your table. Staff may wear face masks / visors.

Please only leave your table to go the toilet. Please keep children under control & seated at the table.

Your bill will be brought to the table. Contactless payment is preferred. Due to the thickness of the walls, we may require one person to move to a payment area to complete the card transaction.

General safety measures

All tables are at least 1m apart. Chairs have been placed so that customers are not facing other groups.

Toilets are available. Max capacity of 2 at any time. They will be sanitised regularly throughout the day.

Extra care will be taken to sanitise contact points at regular intervals during the day.
